Caring for Greenburgh properties
People often say they live in Hartsdale or Edgemont without realizing both are part of the Town of Greenburgh rather than separate villages. For landscaping, the housing matters more than the label. Hartsdale has one of the larger concentrations of co-op and garden-apartment buildings in the county, many set along Central Park Avenue and near the Hartsdale train station, with shared lawns, courtyards and long hedge lines that need regular attention.
Edgemont and Greenville, by contrast, are mostly single-family neighborhoods with mature trees and sloped lots that drain toward the Bronx River and Sprain Brook valleys. Fairview and East Irvington mix mid-century ranches, split-levels and newer infill homes. We work in all of them, a few minutes from our base on Tarrytown Road, handling co-op grounds contracts, weekly residential mowing, and drainage corrections for yards that stay wet after every storm.
